MAKE SURE THAT YOU LIST YOUR NAME, THEN THE ALL-STAR'S NAME AND SCHOOL ALL IN THE 'NAME' BLANK.  IF NOT, YOUR DONATION WILL NOT BE CREDITTED TO THE ALL-STAR YOU ARE SPONSORING.  THANK YOU!

For Venmo payments, scan the QR Code below, with your cell phone, and the Venmo payment page will pop up and take you through the donation entry process.  If you are asked to enter a 4 digit code  - enter 2043.  Please make sure that you list the student athlete's name and school so that they are properly credited with your gift.
